Hi Elif,
UKSG runs regular training workshops on usage statistics, as well as more advanced seminars on making use of them in decision-making, see http://www.uksg.org/events for details of upcoming courses.
You might also like to check out the E-Resources Management Handbook, an open access resource that has chapters on all aspects of e-resources, including statistics. See link on http://www.uksg.org/serials .
I hope you find these useful.
Best wishes,

Subject: [lis-e-resources] E-resources usage stats help
Importance: High
Dear All,
I have recently taken up a post as an e-resources assistant. As my first project, I need to focus on e-resources usage. I have been looking in to get some advice on how to collect and store the e-resources usage stats as well as what process that has been followed and what reports have been created?
I would very much appreciate if someone can talk me through the process or have any advice on the matter.
Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Elif
