Ah, indeed. It seems to cope with two templates (I think I got this out
of looking at some NMRPipe conversion code but I might be wrong). So the
standard 3D template '%03d' (called a "Z" template) and one I have not
come across which is '%02d%03d' (called an "AZ" tempate). I assume the
latter is for 4D. Anyway, it sounds like it ought to have '%04d' added,
at least. Presumably that is for 3D still, but where you have a heck of a
lot of planes.
