Hello,
Those error messages are not good and are definitely indicative of
something that could later cause a crash. So peaks exist both in the
Python world and the C world (where the drawing is done, and the peaks are
actually picked). Is it 1D data you are using or >= 2D data? If the
latter then it looks like some peakList has not been properly initialised
in the C world (it thinks it is 1-dimensional). If the former then it
could be one of several things.
