Hi Wayne
I've checked those details and everything looks ok. I am using NMRpipe processed data as I have done in the other 5 projects that I am working on and I've never come across this problem before.

Hello,
Does the referencing look ok in the Experiment --> Spectra dialog? So in
particular check the "Orig. number of points" in the Referencing tab and
the "Number Points" in the File Details tab. If they are different that
could lead to gaps in the spectrum. But that's only a possibility.
What kind of data was it, NmrPipe?
