Your IT supplier may not be able to use it for free - but I'm fairly sure that EH can because it's an NGO, charitable trust & educational organisation.
Doesn't EH already work with Google to get guardianship sites on Street View on Google Maps? I would have thought that EH would already have contacts with Google.
