Hello Martin,
We also download MARC book records from a commercial supplier.
For e-journal records, however, we took an in-house approach which involves
exporting from our e-journal management system to create the records
ourselves. They are relatively basic compared to full MARC records though
our experience indicates that this isn't an issue for users. Apart from
being free, we like the fact that the catalogue reflects the titles we have
activated with little maintenance.
