I am not sure if that last entry really does include VO:supernemo.vo.eu-egee.org. Stephen appeared to shed doubt on that. It depends on how you interpret the syntax. Assuming
/voname/*
follows normal regexp syntax, the * matches everything including the null string, so this string also matches
/voname/
However, a plain vanilla proxy with no roles and no groups, I would expect would have FQAN
/voname
which may or may not be defined to be the same as /voname/ ....
As to your first question, I don't have anything to do with YAIM, so I don't know what the correct groups.conf syntax is in order to get the desired effect in l-i-d-s.conf file, sorry!
