Hello,
The usual thing that would give rise to this kind of problem is a missing
"notifier" (so the print window code needs to say that it wants to know if
a window has been added). But I checked and it is there and it worked for
me when I created a window so my guess is that some earlier "notifier" in
the calling chain probably caused an exception and so this notifier was
not called. Anyway, fortunately it worked ok on restart.
