That is saying the height should be -3, which is not good!
If you edit PROJECT_DIR/ccpnmr/Analysis/****.xml (**** = a long name) then
look for:
popup_geometry:run_format_converter
and a couple of lines below that should be a geometry specifier. Change
the -3 to 16 or something (assuming that is where it is getting the -3
from, it's possible it is getting it on otherwise but having it in this
file is my first guess).
