The Oliver Zangwill Centre for Neuropsychological Rehabilitation is a national service that provides high quality holistic rehabilitation for the individual cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs of people with non-progressive brain injury.

In partnership with clients, families and other services and through our links with the Medical Research Council and the NHS Research & Development Initiative, the interdisciplinary team seek to innovate, apply the latest research findings, evaluate our service and investigate ways to improve neuropsychological rehabilitation. We seek to communicate these developments through our education programme, presentations at academic and clinical conferences, and through academic publications.

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self motivated clinician with a specific interest in brain injury, to take on this new position created within our interdisciplinary team at the Oliver Zangwill Centre. You must have excellent communication skills, have a flexible approach and be able to work under pressure.

In this role you will co-ordinate all aspects of client rehabilitation programmes, from referral to discharge. You will need to communicate / liaise effectively with family members, the interdisciplinary team and all relevant external agencies to ensure that an integrated programme of care is provided throughout and facilitate transitions between rehabilitation and community environments. You will also co-ordinate the maintenance of client information databases with accurate current information.

The base for this post is in Ely; however the Oliver Zangwill Centre is a national service.
