Dear all
I am trying to reorient my images so that the cross is on the anterior commisure with coordinates 0,0,0. When I use the diplay button to load the image I get a warning: shears involved. Could anyone tell me what this means?
Also when I try to cross sectionally process data from baseline and follow-up T1 scans I get the following message in the matlab window:
Warning: QFORM0 representation has been rounded.
