Dear Muhammad,
If you saved the batch for generating your original design, you can
open it and save it again as an .m file rather than .mat file. You can
then edit this file and use Find & Replace to change the file names.
It should also be possible to change SPM.mat directly but I'm not an
expert on that and perhaps Guilaume or others can advise you.
Best,
Vladimir

I have about 110 subjects and each subject has 4 conditions, and therefore, it took me forever to create a design matrix with subject condition. Now, I want to run some more similar analyses, with similar set of subjects and conditions, just different filenames. i tried to to save the design matrix batch, and for a second analysis tried to reuse it, but navigating through directories is just way too much of clicking. Since I can review the design matrix and SPM lets me see the list of files included in the design, is there a way to just edit that list and estimate that for a new analysis?
