Each of the Template_*.nii files actually contains more than one
volume. In the file selector, there is a field that usually says "1".
Try changing this to say "1:3", which should let you select more than
just the first of the volumes. Note that if there are a lot of images
in the folder, the file selector may be a bit slow because it reads
all the image headers to see how many volumes are in each. When the
field is set to 1, it does not need to do this.
