Hi Catherine

see the HELA circular this is the best practice benchmark updated  
August 2010 this is what i used to develop leaflets on voice care  
headset hygiene etc.  Jacquis sheet is also what i look at and the  
NUT website

can i ask why they are getting audios done?  are they at risk of  
noise induced hearing loss as they shouldn't be for this type of  
work.   i dont screen my employees i have worked with as noise etc is  
reduced at  source with risk assessment  and within HSE db guidance  
levels.  I only screen when there is a pre existing condition or  
issue noted during the course of their employment  that the employee  
had been unaware of or issue has come to light.
