Hi all,
We're experiencing some problems when publishing the amount of jobs per
VO.
I.e:
$ lcg-info --list-ce --vo atlas --query VOCEVOs=VOMS:/atlas/Role=pilot --sed --attrs VOWaitingJobs | grep pic
ce05.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-glong_sl5%201
ce05.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gmedium_sl5%0
ce05.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gshort_sl5%0
ce06.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-glong_sl5%203
ce06.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gmedium_sl5%0
ce06.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gshort_sl5%0
ce07.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-glong_sl5%122
ce07.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gmedium_sl5%0
ce07.pic.es:2119/jobmanager-lcgpbs-gshort_sl5%0
ce08.pic.es:8443/cream-pbs-glong_sl5%201
ce08.pic.es:8443/cream-pbs-gmedium_sl5%0
ce08.pic.es:8443/cream-pbs-gshort_sl5%0
[arnaubria@ui01 ~]$ qstat|grep -c atpilot
1477
I've been checking lcg-info-dynamic-scheduler.conf in our 3 lcg-CE and,
i.e, atlas has those entries:
vomap :
atprd:/atlas/Role=production
atsgm:/atlas/Role=software
atsgm:/atlas/Role=lcgadmin
atpilot:/atlas/Role=pilot
and UNIX groups are correct:
# id atprd001
uid=42001(atprd001) gid=50045(atprd) groups=50045(atprd),1307(atlas)
# id atpilot001
uid=20001(atpilot001) gid=50057(atpilot) groups=50057(atpilot),1307(atlas)
[...]
lrms commands find the amount of jobs:
# /opt/lcg/libexec/lrmsinfo-pbs|grep -c atpilot
1443
but in some point that info is lost.
Could someone help to find the source of this problem? any doc where a
debug process is described?
are wildcards acepted in .conf file?
TIA,
Arnau
