Hi Lara,
If you convert the Afni format to nifti (3dAFNItoNIFTI) it should be no
problem. However, it might be a good idea, to write the motion parameter
into a text file (column = parameter, row = volume), so that you can use
it as a confound matrix in fsl in case you want to use Feat.
