Hello,
(Sorry for re-posting in case someone had already posted/answered regarding this topic, but I didn't find anything close enough.)
I have a question regarding conjunction analysis. I have used both contrast masking in FEAT as well as the easythres_conj script for creating conjunction images for individual subjects. However, with both approaches I am running into problems in the second level analysis:
1. with images generated by contrast masking: Second-level FEAT analysis seems to ignore the contrast masking done on the first level. Can I somehow run the analysis only on the conjunction results?
2. with cope images generated with the script: If I enter the newly generated cope images as input files in FEAT, I get an error message that registration information is lacking for some subjects. However, the newly generated cope images are in the same folder as the originals, and I did a full analysis for all subjects. If I choose the whole feat directories including the newly generated images as input files, FEAT doesn't recognize the new images.
If someone could give me advice on how to do the second level analysis in a conjunction analysis, even if it is a different, third approach, that would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Sibylle
