Dear all,
I wanted to use a 4D image to obtain a 4D average image that has the
average intensity at each time point.
So I thought I could use [fslmaths 4Dimage -Xmean -Ymean -Zmean
average].
This command returns the average value but x,y,z are all zero, and I
cannot really use if with fslmaths later. Ideally, I would like to
obtain a 4D image with all voxels have the same average intensity value
in a same volume, but different at each time point, then I could use
this to normalize the data by diving another 4D image by this averaged
4D image.
Could you please give me some advice.
Many thanks in advance,
Nara
