Hi all,
I am trying to use featquery to extract the time series from the zstat images using a ROI mask I created. I have several questions.
1. When I look into the report.log file from featquery, it shows the flsmeants command (which I am assuming is what extracts the signal) as using a coordinate.
echo 34 35 14 | /usr/local/fsl/bin/img2stdcoord -img example_func -std reg/standard -xfm reg/example_func2standard.mat -vox - -8.58203 3.45782 -10.871
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslmeants -i filtered_func_data -o /u/mydata.feat/featquery/max_zstat1_ts.txt -c 34 35 14
why is it using the -c option and not the -m option with the mask I specified in the gui? Where did it get the 34 35 14?
Why do the coordinates change from zstat1 to zstat2?
2. What is going on here?
/usr/local/fsl/bin/fslmaths stats/zstat1 /u/fmydata.feat/featqueryzstat12/tmp
this tmp file is not used again in the script how is it extracting the signal in regards to the zstat1 model?
3. Are the files in the tsplot different from the ones in the feat directory? They are averaged across the ROI I chose not the clusters from the FSL analysis correct?
Thanks for your help.
Christine
