Hi,
The output of cluster is a table that gives you the size and
location of the clusters. This table is written to the screen,
but you can save it using the ">" redirection, like in:
cluster -i statistic_image -t threshold_value > output_table.txt
You cannot restrict it to specific anatomical structures unless
you create masks of these structures. It is possible to find out
which anatomical areas a cluster is in based on using the
atlasquery tool.
All the best,
Mark
