Dear support forum,
I am trying to display a TBSS result onto a 3D display of the white matter skeleton. Starting with the fMRIB_58_FA_skeleton and a T-stat.nii.gz I can generate a 3D image of the skeleton and T-stat image, but this only shows where the T-stat image does not overlap with the skeleton. To see parts of the white matter skeleton involved in the T-stat image you have to use the clipping function which I do not want to do.
I would like to render the t-stat image into the 3D skeleton, so that it is possible to see the whole of skeleton with areas of significant effect shown in a different colour on top of the skeleton.
Is this possible to do in FSL?
Thanks,
Dave
