Dear FSL experts,
I have read carefully about the steps that one needs to take into account while justifying whether the bvec is corrected set or needs some additional reconstruction (e.g. swap). I have a big sample of 365 subjects for which I am going to test the effect of aging, cross-sectionally. The DTI data was collected by 3T GE scanner with 38 direction (including 6 b0) with Bval=1000.
The data (from one subject) was corrected for eddy-current and motion. The attach is the V1 modulated on FA images obtained from DTIfit. As you can see, the CC and anterior/posterior commissure seem to be almost red. hence I can not see any necessity to swap the bvec. Can anybody confirm that my bvecs (attached) are in a good shap or is there sth that I have missed?
Thanks a lot
/Alireza
