Dear experts,
I got three groups each tested two times (pre- and post a specific training) and no want to compare the change from the 1st to the 2nd scan between the groups.
First I calculated the pre-post copes for each group, using the paired t-test.
Now I wanted to compare the pre-post change for the groups with a higher level analysis (F-test), using 3 D copes as inputs.
So I got a cope-Input for each group (e.g. 2nd_level_pre_post/2ndl_KG.gfeat/stats/cope2.nii.gz) - and
Stats:
3 EV´s
1 1 0 0
2 0 1 0
3 0 0 1
and Contrasts & F-Tests (1):
1 KG 1 0 0
2 TG 0 1 0
3 WG 0 0 1
unfortunately I get the following error:
