APOLOGIES FOR CROSS POSTING
Interested in OER? Or have friends who would like to try their hand? Read on ...
Note that this opportunity is restricted (on a funded basis) to people working with English HEIs. But probably worth asking about unfunded or other opportunities if you are interested, or have friends who are.
It may be worth registering interest with SCORE even if you are not able to take advantage of this immediately, as the project runs until 2012 and they are likely to repeat this offer, perhaps with different themes and in different forms.
If you have queries please email [log in to unmask] rather than me as I'm not now involved in SCORE on a day to day basis.
Chris

Subject: Open Educational Resources Development Opportunity - Closing Date 21 October 2010
The Support Centre for Open Resources in Education (SCORE) is inviting applications for Short-Term Fellowships. These are designed for people with little or no experience of Open Educational Resources (OER) and will provide a thorough grounding in both production and use of OER. The Fellowship consists of distance learning elements and a one week intensive residential course in Milton Keynes. Further details and an application form can be found at http://www8.open.ac.uk/score/news/short-term-fellowship-score-december. The closing date for applications is 21 October 2010.
We’d be most grateful if you could further publicise this opportunity within your network or organisation, drawing it to the attention of anyone who might be interested.
