-Professor David Bates, Harvard School of Public Health, USA
Professor Bates is one of the world's leading experts in Health Information
Technology. He is Board Chair of the American Medical Informatics
Association, and serves on the HIT Policy Committee.
-Professor Denis Protti, University of Victoria, Canada
Professor Protti is an international leader in the field of health
informatics. He is a part-time professor of Health Informatics at CHI and
also the NHS advisor on Electronic Health Records.
- Professor Trisha Greenhalgh, Queen Mary, University of London
Professor Greenhalgh is a member of numerous policy-making and advisory
groups including World Health Organisation Research Into Practice Group. She
is currently leading the evaluation of the Summary Care Record and
HealthSpace programmes in the National Programme for IT
- Professor Aziz Sheikh, The University of Edinburgh
Professor Sheikh is Chief Investigator for the Department of Health
commissioned NHS Care Record Service study, and a recognised leader with
extensive experience in health care policy and patient safety.
- Professor Aidan Halligan, Chief of Safety, Brighton & Sussex University
Hospitals
Prof. Halligan was the first NHS Director of Clinical Governance and Deputy
Chief Medical Office for England, with experiences of working for the NHS
and private medical companies.
