Hi Abdullah,
I have been part of the lift share system for years and have not had one
request for a lift share. I live in hope. I recently started using my
bike and the train and have really enjoyed the different kind of
journey. It seems the drive to ensure accessibility for people using
wheelchairs has really improved the accessibility for those using bikes
too.
Kind regards,
Barbara

Hi all,
Firstly, I wanted to say a little part of my insides was really happy
and excited by the energy created by Wendy's post and subsequent
responses, yay! For me, at this stage of my understanding of [critical
and] community psychology this is really important as I was getting lost
in the discussion about the linguistic/stylistic/something-else-tic
style posts earlier.
Annie, I really like the idea of the next UK conference focussing on
saving welfare.
Penny and all, I have tried a similar car share website in Essex,
unfortunately my experiences were that there were too few people going
the same route that used the site, i think the last bit is the most
important as the number of sole drivers on the road didnt match the
number of people using the site.
Keep well all,
Abdullah
