I agree with Jamie, especially about the ska influence - Two Tone
through and through - remember Pauline Black? And listen to Amy's
phrasing, it's not American, and neither is the accent. The type of
music makes you think it is until you really listen, then you see how
it's not. Same with Duffy (talking singers here folks, not the other
type of performer).
