There is a two stage process. An EOI must be submitted to the School
before 8 November 2010. From these EOI the Faculty will select five
applicants to prepare a full application that will be due on 5 January
2011. There will be only one award per Faculty. Potential applicants
interested in having the School of Contemporary Chinese Studies host the
ARF should send an email indicating their interest that includes 1. a CV
2. the title and abstract of their PhD thesis and 3. a one page proposal
that outlines the research they propose to conduct during the fellowship
and who among the staff of the school might be a suitable mentor with
whom they would like to collaborate. The School web site has details of
staff research interests. Based on this material we will advise
potential applicants whether we are interested in supporting the
submission of the EOI Template that is due by 8 November.
