PPCS News: How can you make the most of your people?
If you're a senior leader who is looking to build the workforce of the future, then the PSMW conference is for you. 'Delivering the Workforce of the Future' is a one-day conference that is being held on Thursday 10 February, 2011, at Glyndwr University, Wrexham.
The conference will focus on four key areas which are crucial for organisations to survive the current environment and thrive in the long-term:
Strategic workforce planning
Developing HR capacity
Organisational Development
Managing Talent
There will be keynotes, case studies and workshops aligned to the four themes. You'll also be able to select which theme you want to focus on to make sure you get the most out of the day.
Who is it for?
Senior leaders from across the Welsh public service who are instrumental in driving forward the innovation and efficiency agenda. Those who develop organisational capability through people and processes will also find the event of particular interest.
The conference is free to attend but places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Further information will be available shortly. In the meantime, to register your interest, please email the PSMW Talent Management Mailbox ( [log in to unmask] ) and we'll send you an application form once available.
