Apologies for cross-posting - There are still a few places left on the following workshop:
Tracing Copyright in Art and Design Archives: A practical workshop on identifying and tracing copyright holders, managing orphan works, dealing with agencies and risk management.
ARLIS UK & Ireland Art Archives Committee
This is a half-day short course aimed at art and design librarians, archivists, other information professionals and museum professionals interested in getting practical, straightforward and positive guidance in dealing with common copyright problems. After this short study session, we hope to be able to give delegates the confidence in knowing what they can provide copies of, what they can publish or digitise, how to locate rights-holders and in addition, they will be inspired by a positive case study. Time will be given to discussing specific queries and cases brought by individual delegates.
