I'm feeling rusty here, but isn't the antiphoner for the Offices, and not the Mass? But yes, this confirms my suspicion that you probably want vol.6, being the end of the church year.

I'm not sure, but the "6 volumes" your customer mentions sounds more like Nick Sandon's 6-volume Use of Salisbury, published by Antico Edition. (Even if not, the Sandon edition is much more user-friendly than the old Frere facsimile.) It's got its own page at http://www.anticoedition.co.uk/html/liturgy.htm. As you see, the Mass Propers for All Saints are in volume 6, although if they want to construct the complete Mass they'll need volume 1 as well.
