I think, for example, something like "SCI-FUN is able to give the experience
of a science centre to pupils in remote areas, such as the Highlands and
Islands who would not normally be able to visit such attractions." Suggests
a one-up on competition which is maybe one thing, plus maybe using words
like "offers pupils" suggests a service being offered, which of course it
is, but you can never underestimate how pedantic some people at Wikipedia
can be. I suppose they have to be.

Subject: Re: [PSCI-COM] Wikipaedia
I think it is the tone that the moderator is complaining about,
however I am struggling to find exactly where I have gone wrong. I have
tried to avoid any kind of adjectives or opinion, and state nothing but
facts. It is hard to see if the moderator is asking for a complete
re-write, or just toning down of a couple of phrases - in which case,
which phrases?
Previously someone tagged the article for a speedy deletion as it
apparently did not justify its own existence - I tried to justify its
existence by writing about the benefits SCI-FUN might have for kids'
education, and now it's advertising.
