Many thanks for that. It was initially aimed at libraries but if anyone else would like to give such blanket assurance that this type of use is licensed then I'm sure I'm not going to be the only one who says a big thankyou!
Kind regards
Claire

Claire,
I'm not sure if your question is directed at publishers or librarians, but just for the record, OECD's terms of use encourages librarians to make maximum use of OECD iLibrary and this would include retired staff, alumni and others with remote access via the institution's network.

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Online remote access to library resources for retired staff?
Dear All
I'm trying to find out whether anyone offers online, remote access to licensed resources to their retired staff.
I'd be very grateful for any information you could give me. Issues, type of content, authentication method, monitoring compliance with non-commercial licence terms etc or just a simple 'yes, we do it'!
I'm not interested in walk-in or on-campus access, this is really just about remote access.
Many thanks
