I don't think it is a case of RAL 'refusing' to change their name. We've
never been officially requested to change the name in GOCDB etc. The MoU
name is used in the Tier1 accounting and other reports
http://www3.egee.cesga.es/gridsite/accounting/CESGA/tier1_view.html but
if you drill down to other sites (eg Lyon) you will see that they also
retain their longtime names.
I see no justification for experiments referring to RAL by yet another
name though.
