Hi Jeremy,
I didn't know anything about this name up to now as RAL always refused
to change their name. Manchester is using the name in the GOCDB. It
seems UK-T1-RAL is the official name in the WLCG MoU though and a quick
google search shows it has propagated to the LHCOPN pages where they
most likely refer to the MoU names.
