As to origin, your guess is as good as mine! What I wanted to do was
stimulate some discussion and agree on one label every T2 can use.

Hi Richard,
Did you consider that this may be an artifact of other things (YAIM
configuration settings, for example) changing? It's possible that the
mapping is correlated with the last time the BDIIs were each
reconfigured. (RAL-LCG2 is certainly a valid, old, default.)
