I've finally fixed this. Thanks for your reports from May and June. Those in combination with a report from another user let me sort out the problem. Sorry for the delay in sorting this out. Part of my confusion was that all our FC13 testers were using 64-bit releases and SCUBA-2 keeps distracting me.
The 32-bit rsync release has been updated so you can use that version. We have not made a replacement for Hawaiki directly yet.
