What do you mean that the image is "flipped"?
Assuming that the qform matrix is correct, the SPM display utility shows
the R side of the brain on the R side of the screen ("neurological"
display). Other display tools display the R side of the brain on the L
side of the ("radiological" display). The difference is solely a matter
of differing display conventions.
