Hi SPM users
I am analyzing data of my group of subjects. Each subject experienced a baseline and training condition and I would like to compare both conditions with a second-level analysis using a repeated measures design with the use of a covariate. Thus, I have 17 con images for the baseline condition, 17 con images for the training condition and my covariate has 17 values also (one single value per pair of con images). Each time I run the repeated measures analysis, I get this error message:
Error using ==> spm_meanby row dimension mismatch between inputs
By reading the SPM archives, I guess that the reason comes from the fact that I have a covariate with 17 values and not 34 (since I have included 17 con images for the baseline and 17 con images for the training conditions).
Is there a way to run a repeated measures second-level analysis with a covariate in SPM?
Thanks!
Amy
