In most cases, using 4D data in SPM is simply a matter of selecting
the appropriate volumes in the file. When you select image files,
there is an option on the user interface that normally says "1". This
is for only selecting the first volume in each file. However, you can
change the option to say, for example, "1:1000" and this would allow
you to select any of the first thousand volumes.
