Dear all
Has anybody received FOI requests with regard to positions that have been advertised through major newspapers or specialist media to see if they had been truly filled or not?
How do you treat them? You should answer within 20 days, but how do you handle confidential and personal data of candidates and employees?
These advertisements may be a legalised way to exchange money on one side and to advertise brands and support campaign / events on the other.
Thanks for any experience / case or references.
