I addition - why is correspondence from solicitors in OH file? Would
have thought that as this is a personal injury claim the paperwork
should be with the person who deals with litigation and/or H&S

I would do precisely what Sharon indicated - nothing! And if there is a
subsequent request for the OH file, follow DPA procedures with employee
written consent and so on.
