Through my coaching practice, I have trained myself to listen for moments of self doubt in the dialogue of my clients. These often occur with little recognition or awareness on the clients part. Once a client becomes aware that self-doubt is apparent, they have a choice. They can choose to acknowledge the self doubt and explore ways to overcome it or they can ignore it and allow it to stop them progressing further. Either way they take responsibility for their own self doubt. Would you like me to give you an example?
