Hi Heather, (and cc-ing to the list for information)
I wonder if you would consider adding JorumOpen (http://open.jorum.ac.uk/xmlui/) to the below list / ALISS webpage? We host or point to a range of information literacy and research skills resources, which are free for anyone to use, and licensed under Creative Commons. For example, resources in JorumOpen, shared by the Skills@Library team (University of Leeds), have either won or been highly commended in the last 2 annual Jorum Learning and Teaching Competitions!
The ALISS community may also be interested to see the more subject-specific "Open Dementia E-learning Programme: Living with dementia" resource, created by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE), which came a close second in this year's competition.
Further information on the competition is available at this link: http://www.jorum.ac.uk/altcCompetition.html
...and the judges' comments on the University of Leeds "Plagiarism Tutorial" can be seen on the Jorum Community Bay: http://community.jorum.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=55
On an additional note - we would be really keen to hear from anyone who does use / repurpose Jorum resources in any way for their teaching and training, so that we can gather case studies or "stories" to highlight your work, and encourage others to share and repurpose information literacy resources. We are offering a £50 Amazon voucher for every chosen story each month. Current stories can be found on the Jorum Community Bay, including the LearnHigher Partnership's "Learning to share" story: http://tinyurl.com/Jorummedia
Please get in touch with me if you would like to be involved in a Jorum story.
With best wishes,
Nicola
