Richard,
I would seek clarification of the terms of the boycott: presumably this
decision is aimed towards an economic embargo of Israeli commercial goods
rather than censorship of Israeli academic, artistic and intellectual
output. Certainly, my experience of Bethlehem University library is that
there are Israeli books on the shelves. Perhaps your local authority will
make an allowance once they realise that you could be adversely affected by
the boycott.
