Hi All
It would be really useful if we could keep track of the 'problem' SPs and give people a clear idea where they might expect to encounter some problems. Would people be willing to contribute to a wiki page on this, or email me directly and I will collate and publish problem areas?
Many thanks
Nicole

And some SPs don't seem to use the metadata, but have IdP details hardcoded at their end...
Why, oh why...
So, you have kick these. You don't say who's not working. All the OxfordUP products used to be like this. Don't know if they still are, it's a while since we upgraded and I live hope that they will have seen the error of hardcoding IdP data by the time I have to do it again.
Like Matthew, I too only gave them 24-48, hours before I started contacting publishers when things hadn't started working again.

Heather,
I gave them 24 hours and then started whinging :-) It wasn't until some of them got a kick that they updated their metadata...
Good luck!
