Hi,
Use fslorient to detect this.
However, this is not that important.
What is absolutely crucial is that the labels
that you see in FSLView are correct. If these
are correct then everything should work
correctly, regardless of whether your images
are in radiological or neurological order.
If the labels are not correct then you *must*
fix them before doing anything else. The
bottom of page:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/avwutils/index.html
contains information on how to fix the labels
if this is necessary.
