Hi,
if those onset files differ from subject to subject, it is usually
advised to script all feat runs. E.g., if you have subjects a, b and
c, create three *.fsf-files (let's say a.fsf, b.fsf, c.fsf) with the
according onset files specified within and then do something like
for i in "a b c"; do feat $i.fsf; done
With some shell knowledge, you can also create one dummy *.fsf files
and use the "sed"-command to find and replace *.dat-filenames within
that *.fsf. Browse the archives, there has been something on that in
the past.
Cheers,
Cornelius
