did you look at eq. 2, fig.2+6? you need to empirically construct a function of the artifact dependence on rx, for example, and derive the spatial depemdence to get a proper co-regressor for your setting (x-values and scanner) which you can feed into dtifit.

Sorry for reposting the message, but I am still looking forward to the answer about this question, we are still not sure what to extract from the data to put into the --cni flag. Has anyone else also had problem in acquiring DTI data in Siemens Trio, and also used FSL DTI toolbook?
