If you would like to tar up one of the FEAT directories that has this behaviour ( along with a description of the Featquery used ) and upload it to:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
and let us know the 6-digit reference number, we will then be able to investigate what is going wrong.
